What we collect
When you use the tools on this site we may collect your name, date of birth, county, ZIP code, email address, and phone number, along with which steps you completed.
What we never collect
We do not ask for or store your Social Security number, your driver’s license number, your PennDOT ID number, or how you intend to vote. Those go directly to the Commonwealth on its own website and never pass through us.
The Philadelphia office finder
When you type an address to find the nearest Satellite Election Office, we send that address to the U.S. Census Bureau’s public address lookup to turn it into map coordinates — or, if that service is down, to the City of Philadelphia’s. We do not save the address, we do not attach it to your name, and it never appears in the web address of the page. If you type only a ZIP code, nothing leaves our site at all.
How we use it
To send you the reminders you asked for, to follow up about your ballot, and for Keystone Ballot’s voter outreach. If you checked the box to receive text messages, we will text you; reply STOP at any time and it stops.
Who we share it with
Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our email and text message vendors, and organizations Keystone Ballot partners with on voter outreach. We do not sell your information.
How to get out
Email info@votingpa.com or call (267) 209-3397 and ask us to delete your information. We will do it and confirm in writing.
We are not the government
Keystone Ballot is a private organization, not a government agency. Using this site does not register you to vote and does not request a ballot. Only your county election office can do that.
